THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    3 days prior to your appointment we will send out a confirmation SMS, please confirm Y or N to confirm or cancel your appointment.

    If you do not respond to your confirmation sms or our follow up confirmation phone call/sms then your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

    By replying Y to your appointment you are agree to the following policy ;

    If you cancel your appointment or need to reschedule with less than 24hrs notice 50% of the total amount of your booking will be charged or due if you choose to reschedule.

    We understand life throws last minute plans into the mix however less than 24 hours notice makes it extremely hard to fill the appointment time that’s been reserved for you.

    If you cancel on the day of your booking or do not show up to your appointment, the full amount of the service you booked in for will be charged. Any future appointments will require the full amount of the services you are booking in for to be pre paid in full on the day of booking

  • COLOUR ADJUSTMENTS

    If you feel a little unsure of your new colour or cut we would love to hear from you more than you think.

    We require you to reach out within 7 days of your appointment being completed so we can adjust accordingly at no cost to you.

    Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on services as our aim is to have you leaving with the hair you love!

  • DAMAGED GOODS

    We will always try our best to ensure your garments and belongings are well covered while we are looking after you.

    In the nature of our work and surroundings, accidents can happen.

    Sunday the Salon take no responsibility if damage occurs while your service takes place.

    To lower the risk, we highly recommend you do not wear or bring anything of high value. We thank you for understanding
